Hello Readers!
I apologize that this latest post is coming to you a day late. It has been a crazy few days this past week with trying to get off holiday mode and back into school mode.
Tuesday 4 April was my first full day back after spring break so even though I was tired I got up early and did some laundry and was productive through the morning. After lunch Sarah Kaye and I went to the National Museum of Scotland to collect some data for some of our classes.

When we were don’t there we stopped for food before heading to the bus stop. On our way to the bus stop we saw the set of the new Avengers film which was cool. I went complete fan girl when I saw that they were setting up.

The next day I thought I had my morning class, but I was mistaken so I went back and laid in my bed for a while before I had my Intercultural Communications class. Once that class and lunch was over I headed back to my room to work on blogs, photos and homework for a while before going on a much needed walk with Amanda and Sarah Kaye.
- They ended up sitting on the bridge while I went for a run.
Once the sun started to go down we got chilly so we went back inside and I spent the rest of the night working on blogs and photos.
Thursday, I started the day early again by working on homework and blogs until about 3:30 when I had a photoshoot with Tim and Alyssa.
- It was a lot of fun working with them and getting more experience with portrait photography.

When we were done with the photoshoot I did a bit of editing the photos before going to dinner and hanging out with Sarah Kaye for the rest of the night.
Friday, we left for Oban!
In the morning we boarded the bus and headed out for our three hour journey to Oban.
- Once we arrived at Oban we had a tour of their whiskey distillery and then had the rest of the day to explore.
- Amanda, Sarah Kaye and I start the day by collecting sea glass on the beach before heading to find food. We ended up eating at a place called The Lorne which had amazing Haddock that melted in your mouth!
- After we ate, Amanda went back to the hostel and Sarah Kaye and I headed up to McCraig’s Tower. Once we got up there the view was amazing! It overlooked most of Oban and lots of the sea.
By the time we were done there we were ready to head back to the hostel.
- We ended up playing some games with people from our group before heading to bed.
The next day we had to wake up at 5am to start the day.
- At 6 we had breakfast and then at 7:30 we loaded the boat to head to the Island of Mull
- Long story short we did lots of traveling today.
- We got too see the Island of Mull through a bus window as we made our way to Staffa where we spent and hour before heading to the Island of Iona where we were able to spend some more time relaxing. I ended up collecting a lot of sea glass and tile from Iona which will be a great souvenir.
By the time we were done with the island it was about 6:30 and we boarded the bus and made our way home arriving at about 10pm.
When we got back I made pasta for Sarah Kaye and I before heading to bed.
Sunday I slept in a bit since I was so exhausted from our traveling the days prior. When I did finally wake up, however I spent the rest of the day working on homework and getting caught up on everything I need too which felt amazing.
